"The Confédération Paysanne, UJFP (Union of French Jews for Peace), The Cimade, ISM France (International Solidarity Movement), CCIPPP (International Civil Campaign for the Protection of the Palestinian People) and AURDIP (Association Faculty members for the Respect of International Law in Palestine), members of the Coalition Against Agrexco (France), are bringing a civil lawsuit against Carmel-Agrexco before the Court of Marseilles. It is in Marseilles that the products – particularly flowers, fruits and vegetables – are unloaded."

Contradiction?

ALmost a month ago we hear Harvard divesting from companies supporting Israel, then USACBI (the US campaign for the academic and cultural boycott of Israel---our natural allies in BDS) announces that over 500 US academics have endorsed BDS. Then, we hear that 8 US universities, including Harvard and Columbia, are launching new exchange programs with Israeli institutions...

I posted below about the Aljazeera program "ma wara' el khabar" program that hosted BDS activists after the Harvard divestment from companies that support Israeli apartheid and occupation. Comrade Haidar sent me the following regarding my post:
